By accessing or using ZERIAB UNI-CONVERTER ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App includes a Scientific Mode that supports:

All conversions are provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
⚠️ Important: Conversion results are calculated using standard formulas and factors. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend verifying critical conversions with official sources.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership
The App, including all code, design, graphics, logos, and the "ZERIAB UNI-CONVERTER" name, are the exclusive property of Chakib Zeriab / ZERIAB and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
3.2 License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- ❌ Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its code
- ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- ❌ Use the App for any illegal purpose
- ❌ Attempt to bypass any security measures

4. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:

The App stores your conversion history and favorites locally on your device using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

- ❌ Uninterrupted or error-free service
- ❌ Fitness for a particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is $0—the App is free).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chakib Zeriab / ZERIAB from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Export Functionality
The App allows you to export your conversion history as a CSV file. This feature is provided for your convenience. You are solely responsible for how you use the exported data.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZERIAB regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
